On March 27, 2017, the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by Lars Leymann, the Chargé d'affaires a.i. of the German Embassy in Yaounde and Eliezert Nguopetsuo, President of Association Afrique Justice, signed a grant agreement on financial cooperation. In the framework of the German-Cameroonian cooperation in the police area, an official handing over of materials of nearly 46 million CFA francs took place on December 6, 2016 at the direction of the judicial police (DPJ) in Yaoundé under the presence of the Secretary General of the DGSN, Dominique Baya, the German Embassador Dr. Hans Dieter-Stell and the office manager of the GIZ in Cameroon, Dr. Ulrike Männer.
